for all MovieStuff, LLC units. Some of the older instruction links
are for web pages while later instruction links are for PDFs.
Also, email and phone numbers on some older pages are
no longer functional, not monitored, nor replied to.



General Trouble Shooting Links

Current PC requirements can be found HERE.

If your software stops launching, please click HERE.

If your software will no longer export MOV files but will
still export AVI and image sequences, please click HERE.

If your captured file seems to be missing frames and/or
the movement in the capture window seems to be a
bit jerky during capture, please click HERE.

If your 2K or 4K footage has a dead pixel, please click HERE.

MovieStuff, LLC does not make nor sell the software.

Please note that, if you lose or have lost your software
registration key, neither Alternaware nor MovieStuff, LLC has
any way to replace it and a new copy will need to be purchased.
It is highly recommended that you maintain a copy of the
registration key, and the associated software, on a thumb
drive or external hard drive for future access.
