Submission of an order
form constitutes agreement with the following:
All
units are hand built upon order so we do not stock items. If
we DID stock units
then carrying costs, increased storage space, and the
overhead associated with keeping
inventory based on speculative future sales would mean a
substantially higher price for
good customers like you. Now, as you can imagine, if we also
accepted returns, word
would quickly get around the internet and, in no time, we'd
have a constant stream of
people buying units, transferring all their home movies, and
then returning the units
for a refund when they're
finished. That's bad for my business and your business, too.
So, to help keep pricing as
reasonable as possible for you, we build your unit on
demand.
But, in exchange, please understand that all sales are final
and orders simply can not
be cancelled once they are placed. As such, your funds are
non-returnable under any
condition and we do not take returns. My apologies but there
can be no exceptions.
Obviously, we both want to make sure that this unit is the
right one for you before you

Price
The Retro-16 Pro Film Scanner is $3495.00 unless otherwise discounted.
This price does not
include the RetroScan-HD Pro software ($189.95) which is
available via a private purchase link that is emailed when
unit is shipped.
Shipping is $85.00 for delivery in the
continental USA, including Alaska.
$200.00 for delivery to Hawaii.
$350.00 for delivery to Canada and Mexico.
$500.00 for delivery anywhere else.
All prices are in U.S dollars.
Texas residents add 8.25% sales tax.

Delivery Time and Shipping
We do not stock any items. Everything is made to
order.
There is an average time of about 60 days from
receipt of funds until we ship
but this time period is not guaranteed, due to
popularity of these units.
Specific delivery deadlines must
be agreed upon in writing before purchase.
Everything is shipped insured with signature
required.
Allowed Applications of this Product
Retro-16 Pro Scanner: This unit
can be used without further consideration for all private or
commercial film transfers by the buyer. However, buyer should
avoid renting or lending this unit to others as it may void
the warranty.
RetroScan-HD Pro Software: The
RetroScan-HD Pro software is a product of Alternaware and is
not produced nor sold by MovieStuff, LLC. The RetroScan-HD Pro
software can be used without further consideration for all
private or commercial film transfers by the buyer. However,
buyer agrees not to sell, copy or distribute the software to
others. Buyer agrees not to share, or allow to be shared, the
private purchase link nor the buyer's registration activation
key for the software with others. Each PC being used with the
scanner requires a separate software purchase. If buyer
requires multiple copies of the software, please contact
Alternaware about a discounted, multi-licensing agreement.
Warranty
This unit carries a 12 month warranty on all
parts and labor.
Buyer must test this unit with film and proper
software/PC within the first 7 days of receipt. If unit shows
chronic defect via manufacture or shipping damage at that
time, unit may be replaced at the discretion of
Moviestuff, LLC.
Buyer must pay for shipping on all repairs,
replacements or parts at any time.
NOTE: Take care in packaging the unit for
repair work as
the warranty does not cover repair of
shipping damage.
International Customers
Your government customs will charge you
some sort of additional import fees or tax
based on the declared value of this item. We
have no way to calculate the amount.
The import fee/tax they charge you does not go
to us. It goes to your government.
For insurance and legal purposes we must declare
full value, so please do not ask us to
declare a lower value than what you paid.
Canadian customers can designate a US city
near the Canadian border for shipping purposes,
if desired. South American and Mexican
customers can also designate a Miami brokerage
to ship to, if necessary.

Forms of Payment
For orders in the USA, we accept company
checks, cashiers checks, credit cards or PayPal.
We do not accept personal checks or checks drawn
on credit card accounts.
For international orders, we accept
credit cards, PayPal or Wire Transfer
only.
How to Make Payment
Please follow the steps below precisely and in
the order shown.

(USA or International)
1) Please click HERE to print a credit card
information sheet and fill
it out neatly.
2) ALSO print, fill out
and sign the order form indicating Credit Card as form of payment.
You
can also call in your credit card
information, if preferred.
In either
case, we will not process your credit
card until we have a signed order form.
We will properly
dispose of all
credit card information after
processing your order.
3) Scan and email a JPEG of both forms to moviestuff@swtexas.net
