The Velocity Box is $199.00
(This price does not include the Velocity Software)
Shipping is $25.00 for delivery in the USA and $50.00
for delivery outside the USA.
All prices are in U.S dollars.
Delivery Time and Shipping
We try to keep this item in stock but, due to popularity
of this unit, there may be a
time of about a week between receipt of funds and when
we ship.
Everything is shipped by insured Fed-X only with signature
required.
Terms of Sale
All sales are final. No cancellations and funds are non-returnable.
We accept no returns and there are no exceptions.
If we accepted returns, we would have a constant cycle
of people buying our units,
transferring all their home movies, and then returning
the unit for their money back.
If you have any doubts or questions, please contact
us before making your purchase.
This item must have the Velocity of Velocity-HD software
to perform its task.
This item will only work on a PC using Windows XP or
Vista
If using the Velocity-HD software, you must use XP Pro
or Vista Ultimate.
Warranty
This item has a one year warranty for parts and labor.
You must pay for all shipping on all repairs, refurbishings,
replacements or
upgrades related to this unit at any time.
International Customers
Your government customs will charge you some sort
of additional import fees or tax
based on the declared value of this item. We have no
way to calculate the amount.
The import fee/tax they charge you does not go to us.
It goes to your government.
For insurance and legal purposes we must declare full
value, so please do not ask us to
declare a lower value than what you paid. Canadian customers
can designate a US city
near the Canadian border for shipping purposes, if desired.
South American and Mexican
customers can designate a Miami brokerage to ship to,
if necessary.
Forms of Payment
For orders in the USA, we accept company checks,
cashiers checks, money orders or PayPal.
We do not accept personal checks or checks drawn on credit
card accounts.
We do not accept credit card payments directly but you
can use your card via PayPal.
For international orders, we accept PayPal or Wire
Transfer only.
Contact
us if you need the wire transfer account information.
We do not supply this information unless that is the
payment method you are committed to.
How to Make Payment
Please follow the steps below precisely and in the order
shown.
