Submission of an order form constitutes agreement with the following:

Price
Upgrade 8mm Sniper to HD camera is $2,695.00 unless otherwise discounted.
Shipping is $100.00 for delivery in the continental USA, including Alaska.
$250.00 for delivery to Hawaii.
$450.00 for delivery to Canada and Mexico.
$900.00 for delivery anywhere else.
All prices are in U.S dollars.
Texas residents add 8.25% sales tax.
 

Delivery Time and Shipping
We do not stock any items. Everything is made to order.
There is an average time of about 30 days from receipt of funds until we ship
but this time period is not guaranteed, due to popularity of these units.
Specific delivery deadlines must be agreed upon in writing before purchase.
Everything is shipped insured with signature required.
 

Terms of Sale
No cancellations and funds are non-returnable under any condition.
We accept no returns and there are no exceptions.
If we accepted returns, we would have a constant cycle of people buying our units,
transferring all their home movies, and then returning the unit for their money back.

before making your purchase.

Allowed Applications of this Product
Sniper: This unit can be used without further consideration for all private or commercial film transfers by the buyer. However, buyer should avoid renting or lending this unit to others as it may void the warranty.

Capture Software: This software can be used without further consideration for all private or commercial film transfers by the buyer. However, buyer agrees not to sell, copy or distribute the software to others. Buyer agrees not to share, or allow to be shared, the buyer's registration activation key for the software with others. Each PC being used with the scanner requires a separate software purchase. If buyer requires more than one copy of the software, please contact us for a discounted multi-licensing agreement.
 

Warranty for all refurbished Sniper units
This unit carries a 3 month warranty on all parts and labor.
Buyer must test this unit with film and proper software/PC within the first 7 days of receipt. If unit shows chronic defect via manufacture or shipping damage at that time, unit may be replaced at the discretion of Moviestuff, LLC.
Buyer must pay for shipping on all repairs, replacements or parts at any time.

NOTE: Take care in packaging the unit for repair work as
the warranty does not cover repair of shipping damage.
 

About the Sniper
These units are made from pre-existing projectors that we modify and rebuild
using some original parts as well as many we make in our shop. The color and style
of each may change slightly from unit to unit but all should work the same.
Camera may be new or used but warranty is same for both.
 

International Customers
Your government customs will charge you some sort of additional import fees or tax
based on the declared value of this item. We have no way to calculate the amount.
The import fee/tax they charge you does not go to us. It goes to your government.
For insurance and legal purposes we must declare full value, so please do not ask us to
declare a lower value than what you paid. Canadian customers can designate a US city
near the Canadian border for shipping purposes, if desired. South American and Mexican
customers can designate a Miami brokerage to ship to, if necessary.
 

Forms of Payment
For orders in the USA, we accept company checks, cashiers checks, credit cards or PayPal.
We do not accept personal checks or checks drawn on credit card accounts.

For international orders, we accept credit cards, PayPal or Wire Transfer only.
 

How to Make Payment
Please follow the steps below precisely and in the order shown.

-By Credit Card-
(USA or International)

1) Please click HERE to print a credit card information sheet and fill it out neatly.

2) Print, fill out and sign the order form indicating Credit Card as form of payment.
 You can also call in your credit card information, if preferred.
In either case, we will not process your credit card until we have a signed order form.
We will properly dispose of all credit card information after processing your order.

3) Scan and email a JPEG of both forms to moviestuff@swtexas.net
